Can somebody please help me. My sister is getting married and i am ordering a dress all the way from italy ?

they are having it custom fit and i do not know what shape i am. these are my measurements.

bust = 25 inches

waist= 29

hips= 41 and i am 5 feet and 3 tall....please please help me......
