Can somebody please tell me the proper difference between electrical and computer engineering? please explain?

Electrical engineering: Think power plants, electrical generation and transmission, motors, generators, swtiches, etc. Computer engineering think: Hardware, software, programing, chips, oscilliscopes, etc. Good luck.

Electrical engineering (or hardware engineering) is the creation of electrical products, through the combination of components to form a complex device.

If, by computer engineering, you mean software engineering, that is computer coding - writing programs which can then be run on a PC, or even put onto a chip to be used in electronic products - accessed by the electronics by firmware, which is created by firmware engineers.
