  1. It means to think with one's head rather than one's genitals


  2. I think this means don't think with your d***, think with your brain

  3. My guess is that the "brain below the belt" would be the p***s (or perhaps the v****a). So "think with the brain above the belt" means "think with your head, not with your libido."
