if you want to join or donn join to be serious it does not matter... it's huge is wat matters....

vertical growth is not something which you can bank on unless you are that 0.1% who can make it... so bank on your joining position with few 10-13% yr;ly hikes...

go  to  Wipro Limited as its a limited firm  u nned to download the Annual report of the company ..or u  can  donwload the red herring propsectus of the company if..it recently  got into  some overseas borrowing or money raising acitivty..

these files usually in pdf format...

or u  can mail  directly to  the wipro ..i  am  sure that they will respond..
