let her potray 'basket seller'-with waste small cloth pieces from tailor may be attached to her dress as if torn cloths stiched..with waste news paper pieces small baskets,paper plates etc can be made one or two(you can paste news paper pieces to real disposable plates or basket and let them appear as if they are made only from waste paper)let her have  a clown's hat too made of wate paper.totally let her wear dress of gorgeous colours.if she is able to say loudly one or two words  with dance steps it would be nice also

hmmm go can use broom stick separately and cut it into small peices an use it fr making designs in dresses...

u can also make use of dry leaves an different bright coloured old clothes for makin dress......
