Can somebody tell me a number to a small pet veternary clinic in maine and the adress?

There are literally hundreds of them.  So, without knowing what town or city you are near, it is impossible to give you a complete list.  Maine is a big state. :-)

However, here is a Web page that lists a great many of them, with their addresses and phone numbers, and, in some cases, with reviews.  It also shows where they are on the map. Most of these vets (though probably not all) will treat small animals.
