The National Marrow Donor's Program for the US.  The medically correct term for a bone marrow transplant is stem cell transplant.  The marrow is stem cells by definition.  This site breifly talks about donating stem cells from 3 different sources to use in the stem cell transplant.  It currently is aproved to treat leukemia, lymphomas, myleomas, several non cancerous blood diseases.  It is in trials to treat most auto immune disorders and diseases.  And can also be used in conjunction with other organ transplants to give patients a chance to come off the anti rejections meds.  It is also a possible cure for AIDS.
