Can somebody tell me everything they know about football?

I love football but I have no idea what the rules are.

Can you tell me about football. I don't care about the teams or anything just the rules. Please help.

Here is a link to the NCAA football rule book.  HS and NFL are different but are not available on the web.

Good luck though, I know people who spend hundreds of hours over many years studying this and still have never perfected it.
