Can somebody tell me the combination of strings the top 10 male tennis players have???

I don't know that anybody other than a professional stringer at one of the slams can tell you that, and even then, some pros have their own stringing pros and bypass the tournament stringers completely.  What I can tell you is that most of the top professionals are using a hybrid combination of synthetic gut/nylon in the mains (for strength) and natural gut in the crosses (for feel) - except for Federer who does it in reverse (gut in the mains and synthetic in the crosses).  Every so often you'll come across a pro who uses natural gut only and as the luster begins to wane on the hybrid hype, a few more may switch back to gut only (or synthetic only).  Typically, the pros will string the crosses two to three pounds lighter than the mains to enhance feel.  I don't claim to be a tour player, but I do okay, and I use the following specs on my Prince Tour NXG frames:

Mains - Babolat Pro Hurricane (synthetic) 16g @ 55 lbs.

Crosses - Babolat VS Team (natural) 16g @ 52 lbs.

I suspect that Rafael Nadal uses something similar on his frames.
