  1. I would first question what you are sending to Nigeria. I would also add a caution here. Many times, the sale of merchandise to Nigeria turns out very badly. One sure clue is this. Say you sell something, like electronics which are quite popular, especially laptops, for $500. The buyer gives you some story about how they could only get a money order for $750. They then say that you can cash the MO, and keep an extra $50, for your trouble, and just include the other $200 in the package with the merchandise.

Another part of this scam, a part of your question that also concerns me, is that they want it as quickly as possible. You end up using Express Mail, and the package is out of the country before you find out that the MO was counterfeit and worthless. Now, you owe your bank $750 and you also do not have any way to recover your merchandise.

In defference to the other answer, there is also Global Express Mail which falls between Global Express Guaranteed and Priority Mail International.

Please contact me and let me know what this transaction is all about. I would hate to see you get scammed like so many others do.

  2. By priority mail international (6-10 days) it would cost 26.50.

By global express guaranteed (1-3 days) it's $112.00 (I estimated the size of the package).

    Nothing in between.
