Can somebody tell me what is really going on with the gas prices?

that s all i here i also here we have alot of it in alaska so what s the point i need the whole info in high gas prices if u will

i am also very intrested... i just saw on the news.. that oil prices are finally going down... and on that same day the average price of gas went up.... very confusing...

OK........ back in the late 60's the US State Dept. went to the OPEC with this bright idea, we'll erase your debt if you trade in US dollars, it took them all of 5 seconds to say sure.

the price of oil depends on how strong the US dollar is'

weak dollar=high gas

strong dollar=low gas

throw in country's like china that still have subsides and you pay 4.50 a gal

edit- if your to young to remember to 60's or even the 70's get your parents to tell you about henry kissinger

Ask the Federal Reserve.  It's all in their doing.
