  1. For tube radio transmitters, of relatively small power (less than 100Watts), you will need a power supply that supplies 500 to 1000 Volts at up to 500 mA.  You will also need 6 volts and 12 volts at high current (many Amps) for the tube filaments.

You may also need 5 volts at several amps for the filament of a vacuum tube rectifier(s) if you are using those.

For solid state transmitters, 50-100 Volts at several Amps will be more-than-sufficient.

For receivers and low-power circuits, a power supply that delivers +15V and -15 volts at several 100 mA is sufficient.  You will also need logic power at 5V (at 3A) or 3.3V, possibly 2.5V or less for more modern components.
