I'm always dreaming of my feet and legs getting tired whenever im running or walking in my dream that enables me to run fast or walk fast...what may be the meaning of my dream?

Sometimes I dream about being pursued by someone and waking up feeling inexplicably exhausted , my legs aching .

I think this might have something to do with our brain response .

It is like : our body actually is not tired but our brain is , so , since the brain is the one interpreting the nerve impulse [ which enables us to sense pain ] , I think the brain might have interpreted the message of the nerve impulse wrongly .

For example ,imagine seeing a grotesque injury is someone's body , ( eg : pus flowing from it , the minced red raw flesh, thick , congealing blood , etc ) , do you feel the feeling of disgust / pain ? Or , when you fear something very much , you can scream when you see only its picture ..??
