Can somebody that uses braces get a tooth enamel feeling?

like a cavity being filled?

if thats so then yes.

because the braces are on the fronts of the teeth and the cavities are usually on the top where you bite.

if its a cavity between the teeth you usually wait, or if its bad they will remove the wire to get to it.
