Can someome please give me some information on the R4 for the ds?

1.does the installation disk work in laptops? as the laptop i have has only dvd playback not sure...

2.do the R4's from r4ds.com come with a USB cable? if not what USB cables work with it?

3.can the games (roms) be taken from emuparadise.com from just downloading them?
