I remember there used to be one in East Coast / Katong but it doesn't seem to be there anymore. Are there any more Greek restaurants around in Singapore?

Yes, there is still a Greek restaurant in Singapore. It's called  

Matilda Bay Restaurant & Bar. It's located at 600, Ponggol 17th Avenue, Marina Country Club & Resort ,Singapore 829734. It's operating hours are: Mon-Fri: 11am - 2.30pm, 6pm - 10.30pm

Sat-Sun: 11am - 10.30pm. Hope you still can find it by then.

you can try Athens restaurant at Bukit Timah, they serve wide variety of Greek dishes to suit different palates, u can also go to 88db and find list of other Greek restaurants
