Can someone 5'10" tall work as a Disneyland character? Which costumes would fit?

Yeah actually you could be one of the followin

Alvin , Daisy , Mrs.Incredible , Voilet , Tigger , Alice ,  oh and if you have brown meduim hair proberly belle

Yes someone that tall can work there in the Character Department.

Once you make it past the various cuts they will try costumes on you to see if you fit the silhouette of the various characters. So no one can say which costumes will fit until you try them on.

Female face characters are generally not as tall as you are. At Disneyland in California each face audition has about 500+ people show up and only 1-2% make it to the end.
