Can someone Name this Horror Film? IT'S DRIVING ME NUTS!?

well, i saw this movie back when i was 6 years old and i couldnt sleep for days.....I dont remember much from it except that there was a girl that was being held in an insane asylum. Hands would pop out from the walls and try to grab her. In the other room, there was a doctor experimenting with zombies. He had a Headless zombie still alive tied up with some chains and he would use zombies to kill people. Help Please!

It's George Romero's 'Day Of The Dead'.  The film starts with the lead actress having a nightmare where hands jump out of the room.

The science team are carrying out experiments on Zombies - there is one with no head just part of it's brain exposed

Its a great horror film

Could possibly be Re-Animator with Jeffrey Combs starring.  Great flick.  If you remember close-ups of syringes full of a nuclear green liquid then this is the movie.
