well, you can change yout title. It can be upto 70 characters ( including spaces). I don't see any description in your site.. you may even have good description added.

Updating the content regularly should get you the best result.

For more details, I advice you to read e-books of on page factors, or search in google for forum discussions. Cuz, its not an easy task to write everything here. They have great ideas cuz a lot of the people that work there do the same thing in a lot of different areas, so they can tell you how to go about everything step by step.

I love www.domaintools.net and others similar because they show you what tags and sites are getting hits, then you just have to place your mega tags and tags on your site so search bots pick them up
