  1. The site that you metioned is safe, no problems but ensure that you have good realtime antivirus protection along with antispyware, which can block a lot of the junk that comes with some sites.

    Malwarebytes Anti-Malware requires manual scan:

    http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Ant...

Download, install, update and select Quick Scan.

Remove all infections that it finds after scan.

Spybot S&D requires manual scan but will block a lot of junk sites:

    http://www.safer-networking.org/en/downl...

Download, install, update and Immunize, then click 'Check for problems' then when complete select all and then 'Fix Checked'

Spyware Doctor Free Basic Edition - Realtime monitoring:

    http://pack.google.com/intl/en/pack_inst...

Its free with Google pack, untick all boxes except Spyware Doctor. Download install, update and run.

Threatfire which runs alongside your antivirus enhancing your protection:

    http://www.threatfire.com/Download/

Scroll down and click on Get Free

  2. Install the free version of McAfee siteadvisor: http://www.siteadvisor.com/download/ie.h... and it will mark sites as safe (green), malicious (red) or dodgy (yellow) in your yahoo/google search results and when you visit them. That way you'll always know. Having said that, warrock.net is safe.

The programs mentioned by the above answerer are indeed great for cleaning up the existing c**p on your computer. Unfortunately they won't warn you about a bad website *before* you visit it, as siteadvisor does. So I suggest you do download those programs, but also get siteadvisor, because that way you know which sites to stay away from, and your pc wont get infected in the first place.
