how big is a 28g cup..ehh my cereal says i should eat 1 cup (28g) which is equal to 100 calories...can soemone show me a picture of how big is a 28g cup...thanks in advanced

28g is about a cup and a half .. i suggest a smaller cup or half 1/4 taken off the amount int he cup .. =D

28g is European measurement of 1 cup. Just use a 1 cup measuring cup.

it means the serving size is 1 cup OR 28 grams (worded both ways to accomodate people who measure their food, and for those who use a food scale and weigh it instead.)
