  1. Theoretically, congenital red-green color-blindness should be present in both eyes equally.  If they are asymmetric, I would be more concerned with some type of disease process going on currently or that has occurred in the past.  If you notice red colors are washed out only in one eye (test each eye separately). you may have something pathological going on.  Please go see an eye doctor very soon if this is indeed happening to you. This is why eye docs check color vision one eye at a time to assess for these types of things.  Best of Luck!


  2. Yes, if the colour blindness is due to an eye injury or disease.  The inherited kind would be in both eyes.

  3. yepp... sure thing. my boyfriend is color blind in his left eye.... but he can see all colors in his right eye. so yepp, its possible.
