Can someone break down this political phrase?

I saw this on a t-shirt at Abercrombie

Fiscally Republican

Socially Democrat

Sexually Liberal

I know it's with politics, but I don't fully understand.

This is a play on words.

Republicans are considered to be conservative with money (fiscal)

Democrats are considered to be socially progressive

Liberals (also part of the political spectrum) has nothing to do with s*x.  But liberal also means one who is open-minded and adventurous.  So sexually liberal means one who is willing to try anything sexual.

In other words, the tee-shirt says: "I have the big-business sense of a Republican, the happy-go-lucky attitude of the Democrats and sexual prowess and open-mindedness of the Liberals." Or in street language, "I'm responsible, easy-going, and when it comes s*x: ready, willing, able!"
