Can someone buy Odoul's beer younger than 21?

State laws govern alcohol but I doubt that there is any state in the union that would allow it.  Technically there is a trace of alcohol in it.

No it is still has alcohol (0.4) so it is not sold as soda but as a beer, that is why it is only sold to those of legal drinking age (21 in the USA).

I used to buy it when I was 18-20, about 10 years ago.  Laws may have changed.

No. Beer is beer, and the last I remember you had 2 be 21 to drink alcohol point blank. If you are under age , and plan 2 drink, be ready to face the consequences of your actions.

Here in Ontario, Canada the legal age to buy beer is 19. And you can get Odoul's here.
