Can someone change my friend's nose shape in photoshop(pic)?

Can someone make the nose narrower and sharper like that in photoshop? Who ever does it best gets 10 points.

It might not look noticeable but if u compare it with the original pic, it's dramatic

The picture is too blurry. But I used paint to make his nose smaller so you can probably use paint to fix any of his other problems.

Of course, you could give him a elephant trunk, you can do anything with photoshop
