My daughter goes to public school in US. They called some Sixth Grade World Cultures teacher to talk about India and she specified some facts on India and Bangalore. Can one of you comment on these?

1. There are no malls in India

2. Low in technology in southern India

3. No good coffee shops in Bangalore

4. People do not wear Jean as it is hot

5. Beggars are not poor, they are working for someone

6. North part of India is cold

7. Bindi is a must for married women

8. King wanted to build BLACK TAJ MAHAL

9. Bollywood movies/videos people don’t have physical contact

I was not able to answer these comments appropriately. I provided the web links to the teacher but didn't look like it impacted. How should I address this? I know these are not completely accurate.

Thanks

Regards,
