I'm a tad confused by easyjet's baggage allowance! i'm looking at the hold baggage - if you check the link below, first of all it says max combined 20kg, then it says 50kg?? I'm probably being really thick, but could someone help me out?? Thanks :D

  1. The 20kg is free over that and you have to pay.

However you are limited to 50kg in total.

  2. Its 20 kilos.   Definitely not 50 kilos.  They will allow you to take 50 kilos, but you will pay a lot extra for it.

  3. With Easy jet you pay for hold baggage.  Cabin flight bags are free.

The maximum hold baggage weight for one bag is 20 kg and you are allowed one hold bag per person.

If your bag is found to be over 20 Kg then you will have to pay excess baggage charges.

  4. My daughter just done an easy jet flight she was also confused But it transpires that you are allowed 20kg hold baggage the grey area is hand luggage it seems if you can carry it anything goes
