  1. Running by yourself can be hard to get motivated, if you get together with a few friends your more likely to run everyday and they can push you.

  2. Could get your dog to run with you, he will really apreciate it. An the days you run you can treat yourself with something tasty, with no remorse

  3. well it is really up to you but have you seen the models on victorias secret?? or someone on the fitness channel?? you could look like that!!! all you have to do is take 30 min.- 1 hr. out of your day to get up and run. I know your results won't be immidaiate but if you do pilates and maybe some weight lifting you will be on your way to a hot body!!

  4. if you run a mile everyday i'll marry you and make you the queen of england

  5. woowww, i run 4 miles everyday, so just think of me and u will be able to run a mile everyday. [28 miles a week] good luck!! im 11 and running my first 10k in october, its in boston!! im so excieted!!

  6. you could get a hot running buddy :)

or just get your best friend to go with you.

it always motivates me if i know im going shopping soon so i can fit into clothes i want.

just do it, it will take ten minutes of your day to run a mile.

i would honestly run more than that the more you get in shape though.

  7. wow that is so weird, me and my friend are trying to run a couple miles too for cross country!

u just gotta tell ur self u can do it! while i run, i take my phone (which is a music phone and i turn it up the loudest it will go) and just listen to the music and look up at the sky! u kinda forget ur running so be careful not to fall!

try adding some hills to make it harder!

    good luck!
