Can someone critique my pictures?

Question

I just recently started teaching myself to use my SLR. I am learning bit by bit. Can anyone look at my photos and tell me what I can do to improve them? Thanks so much!

your photos are very good but i noticed  on the last one you cut half his legs out of the shot doing this doesn’t give as good an affect as a full body shot.

Lighting and exposures are great, watch cropping...not only his legs but on image 2 cropping is poor. All else wonderful!

those are very good. to make your photos better experiment with more creative cropping techniques than simply centering in on the face. good job though!

I think they are great!  The last picture though you can't see the little guys feet.  In photographing children, so of the best photos are ones where they are barefoot!  Keep at it.  They are darling!
