Can someone decipher this eyeglass prescription for me?

I took my son in for his eye exam a few months ago and made sure I got a copy of his prescription just in case. Well, sure enough, he lost them. I want to order a pair online for him, but I don't understand the prescription. All it says is

+ 0.75 sph

+ 1.00 - 0.50 x 167

It doesn't specify which line is for which eye or anything.

  1. The right eye is always first...

    Rt...+ 0.75

    Lt... + 1.00 -0.50 x 167

You will also need to know the pupillary measurement...( PD )

And...you will also have to have a plan on how to determine the right size for him, and how to get them adjusted after...and what to do for warranty.

  2. Right eye is +0.75 Sphere, No cylinder no axis

    Left eye is +1.00 -0.50x167

that is +1.00 in the sphere, -0.50 in the cylinder at an axis of 167

You will need his pupillary distance measured if it is not on the RX. Ordering online is never really a good idea as you have no control over how something fits and you can not get it repaired or adjusted. Just so you know it is always best to order them from someone who can give you a good warranty, especially for kids.
