Well, making a few assumptions about the type of cryptography used and the nature of the coded message's appearance, I'd hazard that it says something along the lines of "Oh, look, I'm a loser and I vandalized Wikipedia. LOL!"

More seriously, no, there's no real meaning (or at least nothing worth reading) in those numbers. In fact, I would not be surprised if these are merely random Zodiac symbols in a special font not available on your computer which uses those numerals to hold the symbol's characters.

It's vandalism, plain and simple, and it's not worth your time to try to decode it.
