  1. The Sierras and the Flatlands are present but don't forget about the middle valleys, Cochabamba,Sucre and Tarija. Landscape is green with thick palm trees, not the kind you find in Miami but the kind you find in L.A.The weather is quite warm but dryer than that of the east.


  2. It depends were in Bolivia you are. The Sierra are the highlands with a typical high altitude landscape (high mountains, sparce vegetation and very distinct wet and dry seasons), So La Paz, is sierra. However, the area of Sta. Cruz is jungle, so very green, profuse vegetation, hot and humid.
