Can someone describe the setting of any apartment building?

like its filled with people.... i need help... i need to describe my apartment building... its 12 floors its quite old....??

Well the setting would mean where is it situated.  Like my apartment building is in a lovely setting which overlooks a park (for instance??)   Like you need to describe exactly where your apartment building is and then perhaps go on to describe it.  How many apartments are in it, what size they are,  the style of architecture of your building(would the caretaker know that??) or if you can't find that out just describe how old the building is and what it looks like for instance does it have fancy bits on the outside, what colour is it, bricks?? painted??  you know what it looks like, how many lifts it has in it, what sort of a foyer it has, whether it is pleasant and clean and smells nice when you enter the building and things like outside recreation areas??  Even how many people live in it and whether there is nearby good shopping etc.  Actually you could almost write a book about it??? and the goings on in and around it.

tell about the pillars if it has any.

the windows and the paint on the buildings what color ect

if its brick tell about it

like my apartments for example. there are only twenty four rooms it looks like an old hotel that has been renovated into an apartment building it has two stories and was built in the thirties off of route 66  some thing like that

look into its history and go from there.
