based on my experience i dont belive that this deck would be fast enough to keep up with the majority of mainstream decks. Most searcher cards (excluding sangan) are losing a tremendous ammount of power in the game.

Personaly i love this deck because it is so oldschool in a way... Hydrogeddons are one of my favorite old cards but you HAVE TO HAVE 3. Its hard to make a deck that is able to compete well in tourneys that is cheap... I would say just to trade around with people there and try to build a cheap gadget opression deck or buy 2 or 3 of the water based structure deck or machine revolt structure deck. If you want a really good but overly abused beginner deck just buy 3 of the dark emperor structure decks. they are perfect for making a STRONG and CHEAP begining deck that annoys the c**p outta people ;)

if you want to get really nasty buy 3 invincible fortress structure decks and make a nasty back to the hand deck  that uses 3 thunder of a ruler and 3 threatening roars

overall this looks like a bunch of decent cards thrown together but it has some potential. Maybe not for hobby leauge greatness but you can do pretty well without spending alot.

If you are willing to wait...

Heraklinos is being reprinted in about 2-3 months and he's gonna be like a $15 card. after that is over you can make a really cheap gladiator beast deck for under 150 (trust me that is REALLY cheap for a metagame tier 1 deck)

first of all if you want to be able to get water dragon out on the field i would but 3 Hydrogeddon and 3 Oxygeddon  and it also would be good to have at least 2 bonding h20  and i would take out Steamroid i no it does have a good attack but lets say it get attacked buy a monster it loses the 500 atk points also so then you would lose extra life points normally if you have a ritual monster in your deck u should put to of the ritual spell other wise u cant get the monster on the field  that easily  so for Ruin, Queen of Oblivion u should add 2 End Of The World i would also only take 2 mother grizzlys because there effect can be good but do u reallly need 3 . and don't use Dekoichi The Battlechanted Locomotive its really usless because you dont have the card that helps it out the last monster i would take out is Treeborn Frog but its up to u because some people have a good stratagie with it but other than that its good there are a couple of other cards i would of added but  other than that i would give it a 7.8 out of 10
