Can someone explain (in alot of deatial) the 6-1 volleyball rotation?

im rellli confused n i need to figure it out. i dont kno anything like the numbers on the court wen it starts is 6 the setter?if u have pics it would also help.

  1. the offense is a 5-1 and the 6 position means the middle back.

  3. do you mean the 6 2 or the 5 1 (you might have mixed them up together)

    The numbers of the court starts with the right back which is one, then it goes counterclockwise, with setter(right front) being 2 middle being 3 outside being 4 outside back being 5 and middle back being 6

    the numbers go counterclockwise but when you rotate, it goes clockwise

    it's pretty simple; a 6 1 is usually ran by a varsity team.

    and well it means that you have only one setter and six hitters; which also means that the setter can hit the ball as well; if she gets the first hit then she can hit; in any other case she will set up the other hitters.
