Can someone explain my dream last night?

So my dream was... my little twin brother and sister went missing and it was a serious campain about it as big as the maddline mccan one.being brodcast all over the world.. then they were found with a woman taking XTC tablets and i couldn't care less..(which i normally would care) and i was making out (big time =P) with my friends ex..?

what does this mean?

(Actualy).You have to take er your brothers and sisters if you dont do that they will desapoint very much and one day they wants they self to kill.
