the difference between wholegrain, wholewheat cereal and oatmeal?

  1. I'll give it a try.  But I'm not an expert.

    Whole grain:  The grains used to make the food have not gone through a bleaching or any process that removes the outer layers.

    Whole wheat:  Same thing but only wheat is used.

    Cereal:  Mixture of grains, single type of grain made in various "crowd pleasing" shapes.  Many times there are additional flavors added.

    Oatmeal:  Made from only OATS!
