  1. Electricity can make light in various ways-incandescent bulbs, fluorescent bulbs, etc

lightning can be seen because it is electricity and light

Both are forms of energy and all forms of energy can be converted into another form of energy

  2. Light bulbs produce light by running a current (moving electrons - electricity) through a thin wire, heating it and exciting the electrons in the metal, which jump up to higher energy levels and then back down again, producing light.

  3. Electricity and light are two manifestations of the same phenomenon.  At our (macroscopic) level, electrons are electricity and carry negative electrical charge.  When an electron changes its energy level downwards (i.e when it looses energy), it emits a photon, i.e. light.  When light travels, it is surrounded by electrical and magnetic fields at right-angles to each other. Quantum Electro-Dynamics (QED) asserts that electrons interact by exchanging photons with each other.

    -Edit-

I note that someone has taken a philosophical exception to all the answers posted on this, without setting out his or her own explanation. All of those given are correct and state the relationship from various perspectives.  The asker is clearly not yet at the stage of involved equations so the objections have little merit. (The answer after mine is correct when an electron changes direction.  This is known as synchrotron radiation.)

If an equation is wanted: The relationship between the energy of light and the energy of electricity is that when an electron emits a photon of light, the energy lost/gained by the electron is precisely E=h(lambda) where h is the Planck Constant and lambda is the wavelength.

  4. it a part of it..light comes out of a movment of elctrons thru the condector.
