but i have no idea how am i gonna present it

SOP as commonly referred to as the bible of the company its the dos and donts or the rules to say. SOP is length so i would decide on what topic of SOP are you going to talk about as in Attendance Policy, Vaction Policy, Disciplinary Actions, Return Policy, Employee Purchases, the SOP can go on and on so i would cut it up..
