Question:

Can someone explain to me what Europe, England, London, and the UK is? Are they countries, provinces, what?

    United Kingdom is a country which is made up of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

    England is a constituent country which is a part of the United Kingdom. "Constituent country" carries no defined legal meaning, it can only be given its meaning in plain English: a country which is a part (i.e. a constituent) of something else, for example a federation.

    London is a city in England and also the capital of United Kingdom.
