Can someone explain what kind of spell can I do using these?

Question

How do I create a chart listing what types of spell work to use these items for. How do I find spells that have a focus on each of these things. So a incense recipe for a specific Sabbat incense would work, an incnese focused spell, a smudging spell a spell or oil recipe a feather spell and a hair spell. How that aspect correlated with the lists or would change to make it match my own personal chart.

There is a book that will answer a lot of your Questions on how to mix and what herbs to use    (The Complete Book of Incense, Oils & Brews) and is wrote By Scott Cunningham .you can find it easily on Amazon.com

I suggest this book ,because I use it as reference  myself.

You can make the spell of lost time and effort. Simply take the ingredients internally in alphabetical order.
