Does that mean the person is getting evicted?

Does it mean they were just late on paying?

What's going on here?

  1. looks like they were evicted

  2. I'd say that you have a time period before they no longer do anyhing to help you out.. Crazy as all get off.. bet of luck

  3. I would guess that the landlord was attempting to evict the renters or collect back rent or bills and they failed to appear in court.  The landlord received a judgment against the renters.  The renters did not comply with the judgment. The eviction was executed.

It is a little hard to tell from the information here what is actually occurring.  You would need the case brief to know what actually is taking place.

  4. It means they didn't bother showing up in court and they lost the case.  The landlord won eviction.

  5. on 4/29 tenants didn't bother to show up in court for their eviction hearing, so a default judgment against them was entered, on 5/6 the sheriff put them out.
