  1. I'm sure the word "solar" has something to do with why you posted this here, but I'm trying to imagine your question as if you really were referring to the sun. What would the sun's "plexus" be? Hmmnn...

    Well, "plexus" is Latin for "network", which can imply conduits, viaducts, currents, vessels, nerves, etc... etc... etc...  So I suppose the sun's plexus would be its magnetic field.

    So yes, if someone managed to punch the sun's magnetic field in -just- the wrong way, EVERYONE would faint. Permanently. ;-)

    (P.S. - please don't take my having a little fun with your question as criticism or anything, it's just a little harmless fun.) :-)


  2. Yes it's possible.

    A blow to this area can cause the diaphragm to spasm, resulting in difficulty of breathing and that can make you faint. Depending on the force and the health of the person getting punched, it can also cause internal bleading and death.
