Can someone find a really well worded "No liability" clause to put on my website?

The website is basically telling others how to get a free ps3, its a blog

  1. Any general disclaimer will do..but the law isn't always

    perfect and if you are looking for zero responsibility

    it doesn't exist.

    Most likely you will be well assisted if you get an atty

    and write out your own disclaimer.


  2. Does well worded mean, something that will hold up in court?  Because you can't "opt out" of liability laws.  They don't hold up in court, in general.

    If people could "opt out" of laws, there wouldn't be anyone in jail.
