Can someone find me a list of recalled meat that are thought to have listeria in them ?

Listeria is common in pre-packaged lunch meats like turkey and ham - you should Google listeria cases, luncheon meat

If it's a Maple Leaf product I would throw it out just to be safe.

All that food has been off the shelf for a week now.  Go to Maple Leaf Food's web site or cbc.ca for a list.
