Layer your chips onto a piece of foil, spoon beans, meat, cheese over and put under the broiler to melt the cheese. Then you can put jalapenos, tomatos, fresh onions whatever on top.

Its simple

1 1lb package of meat of choice

1 package of taco seasoning

pinch of salt " use your index finger and thumb for a pinch"

Pinch of black pepper" see above"

Use black beans that have been drained and rinsed or re fried beans heated on top of stove for 5 minutes til warm and creamy.

Grab a plate and lay out your chips, top with meat mixture, your beans and cheese of choice. If you want top the whole thing with a bit of sliced green onion, or olive for decoration if using for a party. And Enjoy
