Can someone fix my Dark Emperor Deck?

I haven't added much to it but I want it to be good enough for a local tournament. I have only added: Different Dimension Capsule, Magical Mallet, and Banisher of Light. I plan on buying another deck and a 3rd shadow monarch offline so what should I use out of the 2nd deck, what should I take out, and what cards could I get for cheap that would help the deck?
