Well, I am from the US and my friend from canada hasnt been picking up the phone for almost a week now..its just the message and I am worried something happened...but Im not sure yet. I am so worried, crying and panicking. I dont know what to do anymore. Would it be crazy if I call the canadian cops and ask them if anything happened? Will they think Im crazy? Whats the #? what should I say? please help please! Also, will this remain anonymous because I dont want the friend to think Im crazy.

  1. You can look up the number for the local police or RCMP on canada411.ca and call them.  I think you will need to give a name and a phone number to reach you.  They might be able to go and knock on the door.

  2. yes you can call , just make sure you have all of your friends information!

  3. First call a relative of this friend first...Or another friend. They might know why they aren't "at home". Then call your own emergency service (if you get a negative response from the relative/friend) and ask them to connect you to the police-where ever your friend lives-and ask them to check your friends house.

    Bonne Chance!
