Can someone fully explain episodes 160-167 of Naruto about the ghost and sagi and what not cause I got lost.?

I think episodes 160-167 were the most confusing episodes of Naruto i've ever watched. One moment that sagi guy was there trying to avenge himself and then the next his sister came from back from the dead and he all of a sudden was dead? I did not understand at all! So if someone could explain it that would be great. Full story please.

Well this isn't exactly a full story of the episodes but this might be good too:

160   Hunt or Be Hunted?! Showdown at the O.K. Temple!:

Turns out Sazanami is really a wanted criminal named Tokichi who is wanted for the murder of a family of three. Truth is, he's innocent, and wants to capture the man responsible to prove his innocence. Sazanami teams up with the Konoha group to stop Gosunkugi once and for all, while still competing about who will be the one to capture him. With another bounty hunter after Sazanami, it won't be an easy task.

161   The Appearance of Strange Visitors:

As Gai and Lee leave Konoha for a mission, two strangers disguise themselves as Gai and Lee and sneak into the village to learn its secrets. No one is fooled by their disguises though, except for Naruto, who wants to train with them. Tsunade, Sakura, and Tenten have big plans in store for these impostors, plans that'll make their lives miserable.

162   The Cursed Warrior:

Naruto, Tenten, and Neji travel to the Land of Birds to exterminate a ghost named Noroimusha.

163   The Tactician's Intent:

Naruto and the others attempt to prove that Koumei is the one responsible for the ghost. However, what Naruto and the gang discover leaves even more mysteries unsolved.

164   Too Late For Help:

Naruto decides to do some investigating on his own over the matter of the ghost, while Neji and Tenten try a different approach. With the help of two frogs, Naruto begins to learn more and more about the truth of the matter, even to the point of learning the ghost's true identity. Sagi may be the real one behind the mask, but he's still a feudal lord. Sagi won't let Naruto expose him, even if it means giving him the death penalty.

165   The Death Of Naruto:

Kakashi orders Neji and Tenten to return to the village with him, but they are being followed. Meanwhile, Koumei is about to be executed, that is until the Noroimusha appears and saves him. Neji and Tenten are keeping a close eye on the situation though, as they have managed to fool their pursuers. Neji and Tenten confront Koumei and the ghost, until Kakashi tells them to go. Is the ghost an ally or enemy? And whatever became of Naruto? Questions are answered as Sagi reveals the truth.

166   When Time Stands Still:

Sagi prepares his plans for revenge, and he won't let anyone stand in his way. Disguised as the Noroimusha, he confronts Mousou, but Mousou knows everything. It also turns out that the Wandering Ninja can't really steal jutsu; they're all tricks. And, there's even more shocking news to be discovered when Sagi and Musou reveal their true identities.

167   When Egrets Flap Their Wings:

Shishima saves Naruto from Ooki's genjutsu trap, and ends up protecting Naruto from an attack. After Naruto appears to be defeated, Toki gives up the will to live. Naruto sees a white figure appear before him in the form of Sagi, who asks him to make time move again for Toki.
