  1. Sure.  It's a simple test--you can probably even get hold of the necessary reagents through a chemical supply house.  (I know we tested our own in 9th grade biology, though I doubt that these days they let students bleed in class on purpose.)  If you were having tests for any other reason, it would be very simple to add that on.  

    Of course, I'm also contractually obligated to suggest that a very easy, free way to find out your blood type is to donate blood.  ;-)

They probably aren't going to have the reagents to do the testing at a clinic, but they could certainly draw blood and send it to a lab.  I don't think a doctor will order a blood type just for your curiosity, and you would have to have a doctor's order.  I second what the above poster said, go donate blood.  They will type it  and then you've done something good for someone else.
